These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, our mobile app (if any), and our ordering, delivery, self-collect, and dine-in services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.

1. Acceptance and Changes to These Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all orders made through the Website and our mobile application, whether for delivery, self-collect, drive-thru, dine-in, or takeaway.

1.2 We may amend, update, or change these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The version posted on the Website at the time you submit an order will be the version that applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Malay language versions of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order on the Website. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2 If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for their use and compliance with these Terms.

3. Your Account

3.1 To place an order online, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information, including your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not allow any other person to use your account credentials.

4. Orders, Availability, and Pricing

4.1 Advertised products are subject to availability. The listing of any product on the Website does not guarantee it is available at all times or at all outlets.

4.2 Products, prices, and promotions available to you may vary depending on whether you select Delivery, Self-Collect, Dine-In, or Takeaway, and may vary by outlet location.

4.3 All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable Service Tax (currently 6%) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.4 Visuals and photographs of products shown on the Website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ in appearance.

4.5 All products in promotional bundles and value sets are fixed as advertised and may not be substituted or customised unless expressly stated at the point of purchase.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment shall be made at the point of order. We accept payment by cash (for in-store/self-collect orders) and by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, and other methods as made available on the Website, including e-wallets), issued by banks or providers operating in Malaysia.

5.2 For online and delivery orders, payment by card or e-wallet shall be made at the point of order. Cash payment (where available) shall be made at the point of collection or arrival of food.

5.3 There is strictly no refund, change, or cancellation once an order has been confirmed or payment has been made, except as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Delivery

6.1 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. For large orders, delivery may take longer than the standard estimated time.

6.2 To ensure rider safety, delivery may be temporarily unavailable in selected areas due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

6.4 Orders delivered through third-party delivery platforms (e.g. GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood) are additionally subject to that platform's own terms and conditions.

7. Cancellations

7.1 You may cancel an order before it has been confirmed. Once an order confirmation has been generated, whether online, in-app, or in-store, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

7.2 We are unable to facilitate cancellation requests made after an order has been dispatched or prepared for collection.

8. Refunds and Returns

Refunds, replacements, and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please refer to that Policy for the circumstances in which a refund, replacement, or store credit may be available.

9. Promotions and Vouchers

9.1 Promotions, discount codes, and vouchers are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum spend requirements, validity periods, and exclusions, which will be stated at the time of the promotion.

9.2 Unless stated otherwise, vouchers and promotional discounts: (a) exclude delivery and processing fees; (b) are limited to one redemption per transaction; (c) have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged; and (d) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

9.3 We reserve the right to vary, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time without notice.

10. Intellectual Property
